A New Chapter Begins at Hope Village: Welcoming Our First Children
Big news from Lipa City, Batangas—Hope Village International is taking a monumental step forward! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve hired two licensed social workers who are now working full-time to bring our vision to life. These dedicated professionals are collaborating directly with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to finalize everything needed to welcome our first group of children—girls ages 3 to 12—into the safe, loving home we’ve been building for years.
This isn’t just about opening doors; it’s about opening hearts. For the first time, the laughter of little girls will fill our orphanage, a place designed to offer not just shelter, but hope, healing, and a family rooted in the love of Jesus Christ. And because we know the pain of separation all too well, our charter ensures flexibility: we’ll also accept siblings outside this age range so no child has to be torn from their brothers or sisters. At Hope Village, we’re committed to keeping families intact whenever possible.
Our social workers are the heartbeat of this milestone. They’re working tirelessly to ensure every detail is ready—coordinating with DSWD, preparing the space, and laying the groundwork for these children to thrive. This is more than a job for them; it’s a calling to transform lives, one child at a time.
We couldn’t have reached this point without you—our supporters, donors, and prayer warriors. Want to be part of this next chapter? Your gift today can help us furnish rooms, stock our medical clinic, or provide school supplies for these precious girls and their siblings. Together, we’re not just building a village—we’re building a future.
